FEASIBILITY STUDIES- to provide a diagnostic review of your institution's fund-raising potential, to determine its readiness to undertake a campaign and to test the extent to which public interest and understanding of your institution and its goals can be translated into contributions. Specific areas such as timing, organizational pattern, size of goal, adequacy of staffing, volunteer leadership, and major gift potential are addressed.

CAMPAIGN PLANS- to design the organization, the timetable, and the preparatory steps necessary to achieve your objectives and to reach your dollar goals. We help you utilize every available resource.

COUNSELING- to review and evaluate all facets of planning, operation, strategy, and techniques for both intensive and extended development programs. Counseling services are also available for institutions not currently engaged in a capital campaign who wish assistance in starting a new fund-raising program or in focusing their development efforts more effectively.

Specific services available to clients include:
  long range planning- to help you identify and reach your institution's goals;
institutional promotion- to present your institution and its goals effectively through publications and other media;
support system development- to increase the efficiency of prospect research, gift acknowledgement, and reporting and records systems;
special event planning- to design and consult one-of-a-kind special events such as campaign kick offs, centennials, donor recognition galas, and awards occasions for institutions;
corporate and foundation guidance- to establish or to improve your programs for increased funding from these sources for specific institutional objectives;
annual support programming- to assist you in obtaining increased participation as well as larger and more consistent annual gifts from alumni and/or friends of your institution;
deferred giving counseling- to initiate, evaluate and recommend a program suited to your institution and its constituencies, with particular attention to organization, solicitation methods and procedures, and establishing realistic goals;
alumni affairs counseling- to establish new or to invigorate and focus existing programs;
professional and volunteer staff training- to help enhance the fund-raising skills of those closest to your institution; and
trustee workshops- to assist with the planning and execution of effective board retreats and workshops.

We increase the size and quality of your candidate pool through targeted, pro-active recruitment efforts. Clients are charged for time spent on the search and not on a percentage of first year salary.
